Latest update from City of Hope: blood counts are “beautiful,” Graft vs. Host is improving and therefore, my dosage of Prednisone has been lowered – YAY! MTAPFUFTC – My Teeth Are Pretty F-ed Up From The Chemo, so Dr. Fantastic wanted me to see my dentist. I was sooooo nervous that I was going to need major work in my mouth, but it turns out that my teeth are in great shape (thanks, family genes), it’s just my gums that are being attacked by my bro’s marrow 🙂 I have some new tools to improve that sitch, so I’m feeling good about my mouth, even though it’s pretty hideous in there.

That was the best Miss Med-America show ever!!!! And, I’m a former groupie of the original…hilarious!!! Love love love…y’all ARE super freaks and that’s what are your best traits….being who you truly are…as someone once told me about myself…I pass on the compliment…”you have got balls!”… Best words ever…being bold enough to be the real you, whatever that looks like…thank you for sharing your funny bold self with us all…you encourage each of us to be brave in whatever road we are traveling! I love you, Jos! We leave again for Fiji next Thursday until first of November.
